Thanks for all the input. I think I might be looking at the batteries showing some age and the trolling motor is too small. Curlytail nailed it ..... I do have to run in half power most of the time and full power when its windy. I'm going get knew batteries and if that doesn't work time to drop some cash on a new TM.
