O.K. My first boat I had for 15 years and never had to change a trailer light, I always thought it was because I unplugged the lights every time before backing it in the water. My new boat has trailer brakes and when you unplug the lights to back up the brakes will come on. ( I know you can put the pin in the coupler to prevent this, but it is kind of a pain ) What do you guys do? Leave the lights plugged in or ???

Thanks,
Tom P
