i have run that boat on rainy,l.o.w.,wabaskang and many other lakes as well as the mississippi river.it is a very stable boat and trolls/handles extremely well.although it has a low profile it will handle way more water than you would think.mine had a 60hp tiller that ran just over 30mph loaded. i have had it in some very tough conditions[3 footers plus] and only ever took 3 waves over the bow which were my fault anyway. i have back trolled it where the waves were breaking over the wave whackers[!] and had great control while my buddy in his ranger with a windshield was "sailing" the point and not able to keep control.over all it's not a lake erie boat but a very fishable well made medium water boat, probably one of the best river boats out there.
