ALL OF THE SUDDEN MY MINN KOTA CHARGER IS MAKING A FUNNY NOISE AND ALL OF THE CHARGE LIGHTS ARE LIT TO 100% WHETHER ITS HOOKED TO THE BATTERY OR NOT CAN ANYONE HELP
