Try going to my trails then to trail options, see if your trail is updating on auto or timer, turn it to timer and have it update every 3 seconds or less. also make sure the amount of points of the trail is at the max of 9999. If you dont max out the points your trail will start to eat away at it's beginning really quickly. When it is on auto update, it could be updating every second or every 30 seconds.
