Pop ups are an option on any Tuffy. That recessed area that has proven to be very popular on some of the other models Tuffy sells. Tie the boat off and see where the rope rubs on the cap...it doesn't. Cleat angle is better for what it's intended to do. Also a nice place to rest rods when the rig is on the trailer and you want to load or off load tackle, no slide to the ground off the rub rail. Also is a great place for a drift bag or anchor out of the way while fishing.
