pop-up cleats are available as an option; i saw a boat in production that had them and they looked pretty good. the recessed spot in the gunnel cap is there either way, it's a styling preference on the latest models. you can also get the throttle flush-mounted if you want, etc., just talk to your dealer about what you want.
Tuffy's been pretty busy...13 new boat orders came in from various dealers on Friday alone!
