We have a 23% humidity right now. A have a silver tarp that I was dragging across the grass to lay over the boat when I had touched the boat thru the tarp and got the first couple of shocks. Supsequent touching with my fingers brought more zaps, not holding the tarp at all this time. I'm still questioning it as I have never got shocks. and now my hair on my forearm stood up when close to that tarp. Standard silver and black that I added a few extra grommets to.
