Merc went to china because they can build the products cheaper over there than here, which in turn puts more money in mercs pocket. Pretty soon every manufacturer will be over seas, it's all about the $$$ and nothing to do with the pride of being able to say "Made in the U.S.A."


it's not "going to happen" ... it already did. the future of the worlds technology and quality are happening in places like shanghai, guangzhou, shinzen, ho chi minh city, taipei, kuala lumpur, dubai, mumbai, phuket ... oh, and if you've never heard of those cities you might want to google what's been going on there the last 10 years ... it might blow your mind.
