I cant get them on, too many kb's,it says to adjust server and I'm not that computer savvy,but the tubing is attached by screws and those flat nuts with the teeth that stick down to grip the wood. The nuts would be on the top of deck hammered down flush with deck wood in pre-drilled holes. Tubing underneath with screws going up through into nuts then cut off flush with deck if screws are long.That way you can re-tighten them even after carpet is installed. Hope this helps.Good luck
