Location: Eau Claire, WI		I'd like to put a rubber no slip step patch on the nose of my boat.

bought a sheet of material but there aren't any installation instructions. I figure since I am installing this over a waxed gel coat, there should be some surface prep similar to installing a keel guard. to me that means I will have to sand the area and clean with alcohol or something similar.

Can anyone tell me the best technique?
