Location: minocqua, wi. | had a 05 dually cummins ho for a couple months ... chipped, got scared for the same reasons mentioned by ghoti and after getting like 12 - 13mpg ... and why i'm asking before doing it to my current 05 f-250 ... heard from some guy that he chipped for like 400 bucks without having to do anything to the exhaust and why i'm asking before i go there ... haven't done it ... YET, but want to.
hoping to continue to hear more good info from people who have a diesel.
the f-250 i don't believe will make that much horsepower with or without the chip ...
do you know smokin' joe?
