To the best of my knowledge, it shouldn't matter. My 24v Pinpoint has the cord plug-in wired so that it pulls 24v from the front outlet, which hooks up to both batteries, and through jumpers or whatever has certain prongs @ 24v. Apparently some sort of marine standard or something.

I'd defer to the owners manual of your charger for a definite answer if your batteries are in fact hard wired to each other to create the 24v. IF they each run sep to your plug-in, you are free to just hook them up.
