I second the thoughts on the 06 and newer 620 hull. I couldn't believe how much water would come over the bow in not so big waves with the newer hull. Very noticible compared to riding in my 05. However, the newer hulls are faster and seem to offer slightly better handling at higher speeds in a 1' chop or less. my .02
