try putting a heated blanket around the motor. .. note u should always drain it as soon as u take the motor out of the water. if its that cold even before you pull across the lot. do it when its just out of the water. put the motor in the down position and let her drain for a few minuits untill it stops draining.. hope this helps.. but i would put a heated blanket around the bottom of motor from the cowl down.and stick it on hi and hopefully that will do the trick....bill
