If the updates are done on them you should be fine. Those that were 150 and up were the worst of the bunch. Mine is a 1999 115 and I like that motor. Lost a cylinder on mine a couple of seasons ago that was the result of the previous owner ignoring a recall notice for the oiling system. So do the homework, make sure any recall work is done on them. That's where I got burned on it so it was partly on me...now that it's all taken care of that motor runs great.
