I added, and voted only for a spare tire.

I'm never that concerned about anything on the trailer but having a spare. If bulbs go out, they can wait. I don't worry about wheel bearings. I keep them in tip top condition. So I don't need the grease, rags, hub/bearing kit, wrenches, cotter pins, etc. I use my truck jack.
