That motor has two carbs, so tear them both down and rebuild. I would purchase a rebuild kit, which will have everything you need to do it correctly.

the only thing you need to be careful of are getting the linkages set correctly, and adjusting the fuel/air mixtures correctly. May not be a bad Idea to have the carbs syncronized after the rebuild.

The rebuild itself is not very hard at all... Just be sure to take your time, and lay the parts out as you disassemble.
