Location: Waukesha, WI		there is a plywood backer underneath, and where there wasn't, I just added pieces. Stainless steel hardware: fender washers and nylon lock nuts. I bought everything from West Marine in Delafield. 6 foot lengths of 1" rails. I can dig up the actual shopping list if you want.
