Just bought a new 24v Terrova trolling motor. I am rigging it up and my current wiring has inline 40amp fuses for a old 12v. My new one suggest that I put an inline 50 amp circuit breaker which is tape to my trolling motor with a warning sign. Question is if I would just go out a purchase 50 amp fuses would that be the same as a breaker. I know if she blows I would have to replace the fuses instead of hitting a reset there is a spare fuse holder already mounted to the wire . The manual say's That I should have a 60amp circuit breaker. Talk about confusing?
