No. no drain, if there was a drain, the water would get into the compartments when there is water in the hull, and moisture would be a problem. If you have water getting in, the latch leaking is the culprit about 99% of the time. Take the latch apart, silicone the seal at the door seal with the latch, and tighten. One way to find out where the water is getting in is to make sure it starts out dry, latch her down, then flood with a hose and see where the drips are. Be sure the latches are closing tightly, too.

If the boat is on the trailer and is 'nose down' and water pools on the front deck, it may find a way past one of the seals. Always crank the nose of the boat up when sitting out in the weather.
