I agree, bunks are the best way to go with heavier boats. When you go to rollers you apply all the load to fewer, smaller locations and that can weaken those areas over time. I would imagine they don't recommend boats with rivets because that would score the surface of the poly but if the area of contact doesn't have any rivets that could be ok. Just a thought.
