Subject: Module not responding


JUST installed my new LMS-520c and the module is not responding. Checked the wireing several times and 12v is at both power leads. Called Lowrance and was on hold for 30 min. or better several times. It may be something that I have overlooked. Has anyone had the same problem? If so what was done to fix it. Please Help.
