In all honesty, your wife might be more likely to go for something she and the kids can enjoy. If you sell her on the fact that the kids can tube, or you can just cruise, she can sunbathe, everybody can swim off it, she may very well warm up to the idea of a boat. From there it's just a stone's throw to the day when your daughter looks you in the eyes and says "Daddy? I really like our boat, but I keep banging the pontoons on my figure 8's and scaring the fish away. Can we get one of those sparkly boats with the seats on posts like the guys on TV have, like a Ranger?" | |
