Sell 5 more spinnerbaits and buy a new one, have cleaned mine, stored them in dry storage all the time, unplugged when charging. The slow turn is the sign that it is going and it is a matter of time. Typical pad last me a few months, got a factory replacement last fall, used 1 weekend before heading to the fox, first spot, did not work, went to back up pad. These pad are junk, first pad failed less than a month out of the box on LOW, next year same thing at LOW.
