Location: Athens, Ohio		Yeah, it sounds like the problem is in the axle, not the spring. You can get the springs re-arched or another leaf added, possibly with the same result. I'd contact Ranger before I did anything. Don't want to void a possible warranty fix by taking it to the local axle & spring shop without checking with the mfg. first. m
