If there was a drain in the bottom of the battery compartment every time you had water in the bilge of the boat from rain or any other source you would have water in that compartment. If you had the nose of the boat down and pressure washed the deck, seat base and locker lid, you probably blasted water past the seal or past the front deck bulkhead in which case the water ran down the rod tubes. Call the factory Tuesday to determine what happened and what to check for. The batteries and charger should be OK, if the on board charger is waterproof which most are.
