jack it up and spin it and wiggle it back and forth if it is not extremely sloppy tkae it to any local garage it is not that big of aproblem to fix. should be less than 75$ it is not that hard to fix just need to buy new bearings and races if you have a nieghbor that is handy it only takes about 30-45 minutes to do.
