Subject: Need Help. Boat Rookie Trailer Problem

Location: Maple Grove
Spent a day on the water yesterday, trailer felt like it pulled fine home. Got her in the garage, day done. Later on I go out to check the bearing buddies. Check one side, everything is good. Go to the other side and see a mess! I never felt a thing on the ride home. Here are some pics. Can anyone tell me what happened, and what I need to do to get it fixed? Thanks in advance for the help.
