Location: Grand Rapids MN		I would charge them together so they are at the same charged levels. Like others have said, it will take longer because you are splitting your charge rate between 2 batteries. If you don't charge at the same time you could potentially run into a situation of having 2 batteries at different charge levels (Ex: 1 - 100% and 2 - 50%). It's always better to run batteries of the same charge strength.
