I just returned that rope llighting to exchange it for an l.e.d. 6 inch/12 bulb light. I never wired in that rope lighting. I just read alot here on those led's and how the white light is blinding. I know that because of what my stern light does to my eyes. I still may add a red rope l.e.d. later. Depends on how bright the red led turns out to be.
