Location: Columbus, Georgia | I just received my Troll Master this week and will have it installed very soon. I took the advice of my dealer when I purchased my rig and went with the tiller model kicker. Big mistake for me.
While I have the bar connecting to the main motor so I can steer from the helm, it's just been too much effort (and very in-exacting with the speed) to keep stepping back to adjust the throttle on the kicker while trolling.
I am not a big troller, but would expect trolling to be a little less work than casting (or at least not MORE work). I have great expectations for my trolling future.
Do any of you guys have any experience with this product? Does it work ... as advertised????
