| Thanks for the advice man. I was just leary as my pick-up truck system can only run for a few minutes before draining the battery when the vehicle is off. When fishing, I'd only have it on very very low volumes if on at all, and wanted to be sure the amp and/or sub were/was not drawing too much power, as to impede starting the boat when moving on. I do not plan to put as much power into the boat system, but know that any power source above and beyond the head unit can take a large draw. I might rig it with a switch to the amp/sub, so that I can choose to have it off. I'll be waiting for pics man! | |
