It's tied to the starting battery, with the radio itself. I actually had a place here in the TC area called Marine Audio do the install. I have not noticed any draw on the battery at all. Figured I'd rather have it done right than me doing a amatuer job of it!
Once I bring the boat out of storage I can snap a few pics. Pretty cool though, the Bazooka is secured with nylon straps that are screwed into the floor. I run Cove to Red Door on Mille Lacs and it has never moved. Wires go into a tube and into the front right battery compartment. Unit itself sits under the casting deck, so nothing is exposed. If I want to remove it, it's the straps and a couple wires, and that's it.
