Location: somewhere! | D2BUCKTAIL,DEPENEDING ON YOUR MOTOR SIZE I WOULD GO AS THICK AS POSSIBLE.I REBUILT MY ENTIRE BOAT FROM HEAD TO TOE(30HP TILLER W/ A RAISED DECK USED TO BE A 40HP CLOSED BOW,FLAT DECK CONSOLE). IF YOU HAVE A EXISTING FLOOR TO WORK WITH YOUR IN BUSINESS. START BY REMOVEING THE DECKS IN WHOLE OR 4FT PIECES AND USE THOSE PIECES AS TEMPLATES.AS FOR TYPES OF PLYWOOD, GREEN TREATED WILL WORK FINE,THE THICKER THE BETTER.I GOT MY CARPET AT FLEET FARM,HOLDING UP VERY WELL 5YRS+.USE RIVETS!!!!!
