| You should be fine. The only thing I could see is if you had a bunch of water in the lower unit, that could have frozen and cracked the case. If you don't have a bunch of lube dripping on the floor, your probably fine there. I would remove the lower screw for a second, and see how much, if any, water comes out. If there is any water in the lower unit, it will come out first. If it's all lube, you're OK. I would change the lube anyway, and the motor oil and filter as mentioned.
Not sure what MAC means that the cylinders should be sealed. They still need air, and the valves still have to open. But not an issue. Did you run the motor after adding the stabilizer? If not, you might want to add some fuel system cleaner to the first tank of fresh fuel.

Also, next fall, I recommend changing your lower unit lube, and checking/repacking your trailer bearings before you put the boat to bed for the winter. That way you know all the water is out of places it can do the worst damage.
