I was looking at the specs for the Tuffy 1760 and 1890. The beam width on the 1760 is less than the beam width on my Lund Mr. Pike. Is beam width between boat compositions a useful measurement? The beam width is a foot different between the 1760 and 1890.

On my Lund, I like the deck heights, and I'm able to fish 3 reasonably while casting and four while trolling. My dilemma is that I want all storage lockable, more storage if possible, a rod compartment that can accommodate 8 foot or longer rods that is convenient unlike storage in side compartments, upgrade the 12V trolling motor to 24V and upgrade to color GPS/locators. A buddy from work recommended http://www.fountainofyouthforboats.com/ if I didn't want to make the storage modifications myself.

Is there a Tuffy/Ranger that closely compares to what I'd like the Lund to be in its end state?

Does anyone have experience working with Woodland Marine? They are the closest Tuffy dealer to me.

Thanks in advance, Mike
