My Dad got an Alumacraft Navigator 165 last year. First few tanks of gas went fine. Shortly thereafter, and empty tank would only take about 10 gallons of gas and we had to constantly pump the bulb on the fuel hose while the motor ran to keep it going.

I checked the sidecaps on the vents and it seems they are normal but there is definitely some kind of airlock that prevents things from flowing normally. Is it possible that the vent hose is blocked or any other suggestions?

We'd like to know before we take it in because it would cost us vacation days at the dealer.
