| Lance I read your post with interest, where exactly are you talking about for this dealer?
And I could not find any Lund that was listed as an 1800 explorer is that new?
Please also note that the 5000 vs 500 reference above should be changed to spark plug life expectancy. I have a whole bunch of notes and finally found the one with the reference dealer had made to the 4 stroke.
Jason L I appreciate your info too although I was more looking for what people could tell me about prices than help me in picking a boat. The crestliner sounds like a good one, and looks good on the info I have pulled up on the net, but I have not ever seen one to compare. If I can save a $1000 on the ones I am looking at or more, I wanna go there! What worries me is spending a grand or so more than I have to and still putting another $1500 into it post purchase for fittings(and it may be more than that, I haven't run those down to the nub yet, and unfortunately there are some that don't have a competitive bidder to bring the price down).
Ahh the perfect boat. I haven't seen it yet.
Everything one gains it seems to lose somewher else. My kids would much rather kneeboard and tube than musky fish. My wife would much rather tan than musky fish. Maybe I should pick a boat good for those things??[:halo:]
