I'll second what Theedz said about tandems being "typically" not all that friendly to hand manuevering. I have been storing a friends 620 in my shop since about June and I tried on several occassions to move it over by hand, couldn't get it done. Had to hook it to the truck or the garden tractor. On the other hand I can wheel my 618 any where I want to. Difference being primarily single vs. tandem. The weight of the 620 isn't the issue as I can pull/push it fwd/back all day long without a problem.

Those 1890's look awesome, I would sure try to figure out a way to make it work for you.
