Location: Stevens Point, WI | Minn Kota discontinued this model because the demand just wasn't there for this particular model. With a price tag of $1500 to $2000 that may have had a little to do with something too. They did have a few minor problems with them when they were released but after awhile on the market they seemed to have gotton things figured out. Wish they still made them, have a few friends that either have a Genesis now or had one, they all spoke highly of this unit! I never personally got to use one but I know a couple of guys that have one or did have one and they loved it. |
