Thanks to all for the ideas. I will look into the suggestions closer.

I was the victim of a home burglery a few weeks back and my boat sits in the garage. Normally, one would think that it is safe there, but if theives will come into the home then there really isn't any reason they wouldn't take a boat out of a garage.

I got lucky this time. They didn't touch it. Thank God!! I mean that sincerely too. Thank God. But it's the old saying; "Fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me." So I figure if I can add something else to the trailer to slow them down it's one more reason for a criminal to go elsewhere.

Might be a good idea for everyone to add locks to their equipment.
