Subject: tuffy 1700 esox


I have a new tuffy 1700 and have a 90 opti on it. I was thinking about trading the motor in and upgrading to a 115 or 135. my boat will run 41mph and has a high five ss. prop on it. How much speed will I gain with the upgrade of these two motors? I like my 90 but it struggles getting up skiers out of the hole, plus now that I have gotten used to a little speed I want more. I know this is not the most economical way to do things but live and learn. Thanks for any input
