125 means 125 max.

I'd put a 115 E-tec, or Optimax on that rig, and you'll have the best performance. Next choice would be a 115 Yamaha or Merc 4 stroke, same motor, different lower units, or 115 Suzuki. Last choice would be a heavy, carbed Honda motor.

You're asking about speeds, so you must be concerned with performance. Honda is not the best performance choice, IMO.
