I've got an 06' 1750 with a 115 E-tec. With a 13x19 stainless I can get 45gps by myself and lots of gear, 43 with two people and gear. With 13.75x17 stainless I can get 42gps. With the stock 14x17 aluminum I could only get 39gps without any gear in the boat.
