I had a similar problem last year and took it to my dad. The problem turned out to be that there was a ground, but it wasn't a good one. We had to drill a hole and scrape the paint off to get a good ground. This also was blowing my fuses in the truck and the first time it happened I blew a headlight. Maybe was coincidence, but that was not fun driving in the middle of nowhere without dash lights, and one headlight. could be the same issue??
