| You're going to need a stainless prop. While you're getting good hole shot, and WOT MPH, the proposing is caused by the aluminum prop not being able provide enough bow lift. Blade flex is one of the reasons. I'd ask your dealer to help you set it up. He should have some demo props. What is the Max RPM for that motor? If it's 5500, I'd say start with a small diameter 3 blade, 19 pitch, like a LaserII. Not sure what Evinride offers for props, but Merc has a great lineup. Try out the demo's until you get your best perofrmance.
Also, what hole is your motor mounted in. You could try lifting it one hole, and see if that helps, but your RPM's will go up a few hundred. Be careful on your water PSI if you lift the motor higher.
Steve Worrall should be able to offer help, and perhaps Steve Van Lieshout will chime in. He has a console Magnum, too.
