Location: Racine, Wi		Shep, I know we talked about this a little bit, but I'm looking to get a different antenna for my radio. The one that I have now is a 3' stainless whip antenna, but I don't get very good range with it. I don't want to get an 8'er if possible, cause I don't know how I would store that. I would like to stick with a 3'er if possible, or even a 5'er would be okay. Any recomendations? Are the shorter fiberglass antennas the way to go? I found this at BPS, but not sure if it's worth it's beans in better reception.
