You get 28 mpg with your Tacoma!? Is it 2WD? What year? I love my '95 4WD Taco with extended cab, but I've got to have highway driving, a tail wind, and the moon and the planets aligned perfectly to get over 20 mpg. My Taco is the 4-cyl version, not even a V6. Anyway, I've got MPG envy...
