Slamr...I also use a Sears shopvac just wet and soap down and suck it up with the vac,just remember to remove the filter inside so it doesnt' get soaked also I like the large capacity container of the shop vac I can do the whole boat with out having to empty until I am done. I had my esox mag for 7 years and the carpet still looked brand new with regular cleaning. Mike
